The impulse of my thoughts

The impulse of my thoughts
travel through my mind
where I keep all my desires
locked away in a safe chamber.
Yet the unrest of my journey
to find you
peek through the skylight.
It's ever so clear to me
that I will find you
in the warp deepness
of this earth of longevity.
In the corridors of time
I have returned to spend
countless hours with the echo
I have heard of your voice.
The continuity of this process
will once and for all
come to its last stage.
The opening of the chamber
the entrance to my inner self
will belong to you.

Love is the truth

In the depth of total oneness
I find myself drifting through the diorama of my life.
A Folklore of colors and shapes vigorously fill my mental state.
As if a sudden magnetic field had opened its force
To protect and provoke me to think of the one element
Most missing and most desired in my existence of being mortal.
Yet, I pussyfoot around it avoiding it like a fierce serpent
Of all evil and undesirable pain exposing myself to the propaganda
My mind promotes to feel pity.

And then the treachery I once again have been tested against
Shows evidence that my heart is the true tundra of agony
Longing to feel another beat in its close vicinity,
Feeling the emotions from within, sharing a love filled life,
Until both hearts haven beaten their last pulse.

Then you came and walked into my madness of desires and wants,
And I found you were no different, your dreams have met my slumber.
Many times over, revealing the truth, the truth is what we all know
Love is the truth.

Today I thank you for changing my life in so many ways
You never doubt my soul not only today but tomorrow
And forever plus one day.

I stand in between a field of yellow daisies,
the wind softly caresses my face
as it twirls my hair around,
as if he was dancing with each strand.
I feel an enchanting peace within me.
The birds celebrate high in the trees
and the fragrance of a delicate sweetness
fills my mind with great pleasure.
This is the moment when your arms
around me delight me with tranquillity.
Fainting, I fall into the bed of flowers
just to awake by your side.
The moon, bright silver shine,
looking down at us,
but we don't have a care,
except for the passion
that warms the night,
with the slow move in time,
deeper and deeper sinking
until drowned beyond the reach
of the world outside of us.
We seek each other in the most
longing way anyone could ever feel.
Just like the hummingbirds
reaching for the nectar in the daisies,
we are forever part of the
endless universe, as we breathe
together bonded by our desires.

WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT IT

Searching for that endless joy of romance
you know the one that makes your soul dance.
I'v looked in many places all round
but not yet a worthwhile love have found.

Dreaming of the starlit skies at night
the one with a moon of silver-gleem bright.
All I see is gray clouds above so high
not yet have seen Venus in the sky.

But I have heard you must be in dismay
love comes in disguise along the way.
When you least expect it to be here
it appears suddenly to bring you cheer.

A Pirate is not a Prince

She was drifting in the wide-open sea of her dreams,
only she knew where her ship was sailing to,
or did she forget again how to navigate
through the endless black sea of her inner-self?
It wouldn't be the first time,
it happened so many times before,
and I wonder if there is any ocean left to sail.
But she keeps on drifting raising the sails of her heart.
There are dangers out there in the sea
hasn't she learned the lessons of past battles
with dragons, sea monsters and pirates?
And just as predicted another pirate ship on the horizon
appears on the water of deep emotion.
She didn't even have time to change the course
and the pirate conquers her ship just like the others before
as if she was waiting for the disaster to happen
just one more time.
A damsel in distress, a role she knows so well
she should be nominated to win an award.
Oh but no, this one will be different
a sailor full of treasures on his ship
only to find out they are from the Titanic.
His ideas are as violent as the sea
but of course no surprise to us
we know what is out there in the ocean
just garbage thrown in by the careless peasants.
Yet, she still lets her heart be captured
by the pirate in her dreams of darkness
as the moon silhouettes the flag
of the enemy vessel bigger than hers.
One can only hope she will wake up
realizing that a pirate is a pirate
and not a prince charming,
although I'm not sure if they exist,
but there are enough pirates
still capturing ships unprotected on the sea
floating without a purpose.

Hope

Like weed...indestructible,
it is growing wherever it wants,
so tiny in between the asphalt cracks of the city.
Many times it was stepped on and crushed
without empathy.
But then in a short while
it comes back in a new place
Hope.

Tyrannosaurus Teacher

The first grade teacher looked powerful and tall
like a dinosaur with gnashing teeth.
We avoided making any sounds, because we knew
how he had punished us in the past,
by twisting our ears like the dial on a radio.
On the playground we were terrible, biting beasts.
